Before you send us an e-mail, try using GetRight (www.getright.com)
Especially if your having problems with broken downloads and
disconnections. The
manual file is about 10MB. If your using a 56k or slower modem, on a less than
perfect connection, you will likely have disconnections. GetRight
will automatically resume broken downloads. The best part is that it will
resume from the point that it left off. This means if you get disconnected at
8MB, you don't lose the information that was previously downloaded onto your
computer! GetRight will restart right where it left off. With
windows normal download manager, you do lose all partially
downloaded information. And resuming a download means starting from scratch
